Cooperation with the designer dispatching project of Japan Foundation
Japan Foundation has launched a new project this year called "young creator exchange of Japan and the United States" targeting four areas such as Fashion, Design, Animation, and Art. As the second round, 5 young designers will be sent to America. They are involved in the latest Japanese design in such as product, apps or community development category, and receiving international reputation. They will try to show a new style of Japanese society. Their travel will be to New York and San Francisco visiting MOMA and Google, etc. and they will communicate with local young designers.
For this project, JDP provides several assistances including introduction of winning designers of Good Design Award and planning support.
