Tokyo Design 2020
In anticipation of the 2020 Tokyo Olympic and Paralympic Games, public forums and seminars focused on ideal forms of urban design in general have been held to solicit constructive proposals from the standpoint of sound design.
ABOUT
Formed by JDP, JAGDA, JIDA, SDA, and JSSD in 2013 in response to Tokyo's selection to host the 2020 Olympic and Paralympic Games, Tokyo Design 2020 Forum seeks to bring together expertise on urban design ideals, propose constructive, design-based approaches, stimulate public interest, and build desirable urban environments. The group continues to hold public forums and seminars.
