Tokyo Business Design Award, organized by Tokyo Metropolitan, is a planning and proposal type design competition for the purpose of cooperation between designers and small business. On theme of "technology" and "material" from small business in Tokyo, is looking for designers and ideas from the new products to applications development proposal.

Presently, 19 themes has been released, those advanced technology is likely to occur unique chemical reaction by the power of design.Winners will receive 1 million yen, Grand prize or 200,000 yen, Excellence Prize.
