The GOOD DESIGN AWARD, organized by the Japan Institute of Design Promotion, made its first appearance at STYLE Bangkok 2025, one of Southeast Asia’s largest lifestyle trade fairs, held in Bangkok, Thailand from Wednesday, April 2 to Sunday, April 6, 2025.

At this exhibition, 20 past GOOD DESIGN AWARD winning products were showcased under the themes of Living, Society, and Future—key areas of interest in the Asian market. The event served as an opportunity to promote the appeal of Japanese design through engagement with a diverse range of visitors from across Asia.

During the fair, a talk session featuring GOOD DESIGN AWARD jury members was also held, offering a platform to discuss shared design challenges and future outlooks across Japan and Asia. Through this participation, JDP aims to further strengthen networks with design professionals in the region and highlight the unique value of Japanese design while fostering new international connections.

About STYLE Bangkok 2025
STYLE Bangkok is Southeast Asia’s largest lifestyle trade fair, organized by Thailand’s Department of International Trade Promotion (DITP), Ministry of Commerce. The fair features a wide range of products and brands across categories such as interior, fashion, gifts, and crafts.
