Japan Institute of Design Promotion will start calling for entry to Good Design Award 2014 from April 15, 2014.

Good Design Award has been a sole comprehensive design evaluation and commendation system in Japan since 1957. More than 40,000 designs have been selected as Good Design Award for over half century.
For this year, call for entries will start from April 15 and end by June 10, through the website. After two screening steps, final result of Good Design Award will be released on October 1. Good Design Grand Award and other special awards will be announced on November 4.

Application period: April 15 - June 10, 2014

Eligibility: Any kind of design could be applied as far as it is available for public users by March 31, 2015, and also should be able to be public on the day of announcement October 1, 2014. In addition, all applications should participate in the Good Design Exhibition 2014, which will be held in Japan from October 31.

Applicant: Design company or individuals who have the responsibility to provide the entries.
