2013 Good Design Award Jury general meeting was held on 20th June in Tokyo Midtown Conference room. Under the attendance of members including vice chairman Taku Sato and chairman Naoto Fukasawa in charge of judgment this time, secretariat described philosophy and policy of Good Design Award. In addition, Fukasawa Jury explained "beauty of balance" which is the theme of judgment this time. Right after that, discussion was hold by each unit while overlooking the entries information, screening began in earnest from today. 1st screening of the Good Design Award will be carried out during the period until July 11.
