With the common goal of promoting design and increasing the international competitiveness of industrial, Mr. Brandon Gien representatives Good Design Australia signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Japan Institute of design promotion on April 23. 

Design Ambassador project, launched on 2012, is a project that by inviting design leaders all over the world come to Japan, deepen their connections to expand the network of both sides to contribute the platform. For its second time, we are honored to invite Mr. Brandon Gien, president of Good Design Australia, with this chance, both sides reach to an agreement which appeared in MOU on same objective about cooperation of design promotion and as well as the future communication of human resource or other. A mutual cooperation is expected between the Good Design Award in Japan and Good Design Australia in future. 

●Australia International Design Award

Founded with purpose of Australia industrial design promotion in 1964. Start call for international entries from 2008 and grown as an international design award. It starts call for entries every year’s February, from May to June, the period of Australia International Design Festival, its award ceremony and exhibition will be carried out.
