So far, the claim that “Design plays an essential role for the development of compelling new products and help companies to achieve a competitive advantage” has not been understood sufficiently. In this seminar, Mr.Hasegawa, assistant Professor of Science Education and Research Center, Kyushu University, Technology, and Innovation Policy, will give reports on the results of a study on quantitative approach to design activities that have been carried out so far, as well as planning the launch of the Study Group on Design Management and Innovation.
