Matchbox Magazine, developed in collaboration with local printing company and creators in Sendai, Miyagi Prefecture, and started selling in Sendai from Dec, 7. Through the project approved by Sendai Creative Cluster Consortium as one part of Sendai City regional activation solution, Matchbox Magazine is matchbox size package contained tourism info of five famous spa regions such as Naruko or Akiu. Each matchbox encases a mini pamphlet of local info and two sticky in motif of Kokeshi with Yukari. Although small, it is filled with affection to region and sense of creators.
