JIDA(Japan Industrial Designers' Association) hold an exhibition named “Bring your dream to life – The world of Industrial Design” in Kitakyushu Innovation Gallery to celebrate their 60th anniversary. Theme of exhibition is the Japan Industrial design since 1950. Begin in manufacturing for function, the Industrial design steps in to a new society that it driven by two major factors which are consumer desire and social requirements. In present, social and global environment issues become obvious, progress and prospects to find a new direction has been taken up. The subtitle of the exhibition is "Give charm to THINGS", the attitude that keeps a perspective of directly opposite to the shape of product is the pride that we could and must see on an industrial designer. This exhibition will be end by Dec.16.
