「Tokyo Midtown DESIGN TOUCH」starts today in Tokyo Midtown! "Enjoying design with all five senses" is the concept. As a "chance to encounter novel design", which presents superior design from Japan and the world, this event provides opportunities for plenty of people to make new discoveries and encounters that enrich their daily lives. We would like to introduce several interesting program in here.

Good Design ・ Best 100 Designers Presentation

For first time, Good Design Award conduct this special event called “Good Design ・ Best 100 Designers Presentation”. There will has 100 designers make presentation during three days in various of fields, such as sports ware, smart phone, Motor vehicles, Mansion, etc.

iroiro Bicycles

Unique bicycles which have won Good Design Award both in Japan and abroad will be shown. There will be attractive designed bicycles for children, bicycles which can be enjoyed by both adults and children, and bicycles for adults who value personal tastes. On the weekends, visitors are invited to ride the bicycles.

Park Stage

A wide range of guests will appear on a talk show to be held on the stage in the lawn. Creators and designers Many interesting talks are scheduled. Especially on Nov. 3, there will be a talk project named 「Tokyo Crafts & Design」 about challenge the revitalization of the traditional craft of Toka.

World Prize GOODS

An exhibition of items which have won numerous design awards worldwide. The items are available for purchase in the shops at Tokyo Midtown. Also on display will be design goods recommended by the various shops.
