12 companies from Tokoku and Ibaraki exhibit at the 74th Gift Show
To be the largest trade fair of Japan’s Living goods, “74th Tokyo International Gift Show Autumn 2012” will be held in Tokyo Big Sight from September 5 to 7. Japan Institute of Design Promotion will exhibit booth products from 12 companies focusing on design in Tokoku and Ibaraki during the show.
In addition, participation of these 12 companies is carried out as a part of “Area Aid Design Project JDP-Tokoku Ibaraki Design Promotion” organized by Japan Institute of Design Promotion. And 7 of them are the first time to join Gift Show.

What is “Area Aid Design Project JDP-Tokoku Ibaraki Design Promotion”?
A project started at last year July, target in manufacturer of the six prefectures in Tohoku and Ibaraki. To help they exhibit in fair and exhibition in Japan and overseas, this project will provide free charge of Good Design Award application and other promotion support.
