“JAGDA New Designer Award Exhibition 2012 Tatsuki Ikezawa・Yusuke Ono・Ren Takaya” will be hold at Ginza Creation Gallery - G8, Tokyo. This is an exhibition of three winners’ works by this year JAGDA New Designer Award, an award hold by Japan Graphic Design Association (JAGDA) every year.

Each year, JAGDA will choose designers who are all under 39 years old and did excellent works in “Graphic Design in Japan”, then present them “JAGDA New Designer Award”. So far, contributed by this award 89 designers like Kaoru Kasai, Makoto Saito, Tomoya Hara, Takuya Onuki, Taku Sato, Yoshie Watanabe, Kazufumi Nagai, Kashiwa Sato, Kazunari Hattori, Manabu Mozuno, Chie Morimoto, Atsuki Kikuchi, Rikako Nagashima and so forth are in the forefront of design, this leads it become to a typical award which all young graphic designers are aiming at.

Designers Tatsuki Ikezawa, Yusuke Ono and Ren Takaya are the winners of 30th JAGDA New Designer Award. You will fully feel their talent at the venue.

In addition, this exhibition has scheduled to hold in Osaka at first by this July, and then touring across the whole country.

Tatsuki IKEZAWA

Born in Kanagawa Prefecture in 1981, then graduated from Department of Design and Information Sciences, Musashino Art University in 2004. Then he worked in Tokyu Agency at same year. He has won ADFest 2008 Silver Award, NYADC 2009 Silver Award, YUMIURI Advertising Award 2010・ Excellence Award, Cannes Lions International Advertising Festival 2011 Gold Prize, London International Advertising Awards Silver Award and so forth.

Yusuke ONO 

Born in Hyogo Prefecture in 1979 then graduated in Product Design of Kanazawa College of Art then joined in HAKUHODO at same year. After HAKUHODO DESIGN, he works in the 3rd Creative office of HAKUHODO presently.

Ren TAKAYA

Born in Sendai Prefecture in 1976. Graduated from Tohoku University of Art in 1999. He has experience of Good design company,  andesign, and  established AD & D in 2011. He has won NY TDC57Jury Award、ONE SHOW DESIGN Merit、CIPB2011Finalist、10th International Competition Francisco Mantecón Finalist、Tokyo TDC Prize Nominee、Japan Typography Best work Award and other awards.
