GOOD DESIGN Marunouchi will host the “SHIN-Dining Chair Exhibition 2025 Tama Art University Department of Architecture and Environmental Design” from Wednesday, November 26 to Thursday, December 4, 2025.

This exhibition presents the outcomes of a dining chair design assignment undertaken by third-year students of the Department of Architecture and Environmental Design at Tama Art University.
Each year, this project challenges students to take full responsibility for every stage of the process—concept development, design work, wood material handling, and fabrication—ultimately creating their own dining chair from start to finish.
This year, works by 30 students will be showcased. During the exhibition period, students will also be present on-site to give guided explanations of their pieces.

A chair is the “core” of interior design —
and also a “reflection” of its creator.
Inspired by timeless masterpieces and daily experiences,
We have “advanced” those influences to shape a new chair.
