The award ceremony for the 2024 Taiwan International Student Design Competition (TISDC), for which the Japan Institute of Design Promotion serves as a partner, took place on November 29 in Taipei.

This year, a total of 19,667 entries were submitted by students from 1,138 schools across 64 countries and regions. Among them, 90 entries received awards. Mr. Hisakazu Shimizu, serving as a jury member, conducted evaluations locally in Taiwan and presented the JDP Special Award to “Aly” (Yin Yin Canice Ng, National University of Singapore).
