JDP concluded the Memorandum of Understanding with KAID for cooperation
Japan Institute of Design Promotion(JDP) concluded the Memorandum of Understanding with Korea Association of Industrial Designers(KAID) as of April 23, 2015.
KAID is an organization established in 1972 and has been contributing to enhancing the position of industrial designer and keeping collaboration with educational institutions in Korean design industry. And since 1993, as a member of International Council of Society of Industrial Design (icsid), it also promotes international exchange or workshops.
In cooperation with KAID, JDP shall start personnel exchange in industrial design area between the two countries and further promotion of Good Design Award in Korea.
The sign ceremony was held in Seoul. Mr.Do-sung Chung, president of KAID and a jury member of Good Design Award represented KAID and Mr. Kazuo Tanaka, executive director of JDP represented JDP on behalf of the president.
