Design HUB
The Tokyo Midtown Design Hub opened its doors in April 2007 as an action center for design. The Japan Institute of Design Promotion, Japan Graphic Designers Association, Kyushu University Tokyo Design Site, and the International Design Liaison Center, operated under the auspices of six academic design research institutions, are housed together here, where the keywords Connect, Extend, and Nurture focus on bringing together People, Business, and Knowledge through design. Design Hub interfaces with the public through exhibitions, seminars, and symposia.
